Reminder:

• School Pictures for Underclassmen – Below are the dates each of my classes will be getting their school pictures taken:
•    Students in my 3^rdor 5^th period will have pictures taken during class on Wednesday, September 27^th
•  Students in my 2^nd, 4^th, or 6^th period will have pictures taken during class on Thursday, September 28^th
• Picture retakes will occur on Monday, October 30^th
• Our first summative assignment will be given on block day this week!

Reminder:

• Completed student survey due Wednesday 9/20
• You can complete the student survey here.
• You can complete the parent survey here. 
• Open House is Tuesday, September 19th from 6-8. Here is my Open House powerpoint.
• Student Council is hosting our 2nd Annual Leadership Conference on September 23 from 9 AM - 2 PM. This event is open to ALL AHS STUDENTS. The cost is $15, and that fee includes the conference, with lunch and a T-shirt. You can register HERE.
• The AHS Library is hosting a used book sale as a fundraiser for the KHS Library. Our librarians are gladly accepting donations for this cause.
• All AHS sophomores and freshmen are signed up to take the PSAT on campus on October 11. Practice booklets are available in my room during the day and at Open House.
